Sometimes emails end up in spam and promotions folders rather than inboxes. Please check your junk, spam, and promotion folders regularly for email from Oceans of Health.
ATTENDING LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS
Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions and Live Exploration classes are hosted through Zoom. You may need to update your Zoom account/app weekly. Please turn your camera and microphone on after you’ve entered the session. I will send a passcode protected link to join each session about 24 hours before each session begins. We will likely use the same Zoom link for both Q&A sessions and Live classes to avoid confusion.
ZOOM COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Our live Zoom sessions are a time to come together and share experiences and questions about the material Olivia has presented in the Q & A sessions, and a chance to sound and move together in the live classes. In abiding by the following guidelines, we can all work together to keep this a safe space for everyone no matter their race, creed, religion, age, ability, gender, political affiliations, or nationality.
The live session is a place for you to share with Olivia and other participants your experience with the material being presented during the workshop.
Advertising or promoting your classes, events, services, websites, books, videos, etc. in the session is not permitted.
We are a community of learners exploring somatic movement concepts – please keep comments and discussions supportive and focused on helping each other in these explorations.
It is not a forum for political, social, or religious issues.
This space is a sanctuary for all participants. Please treat everyone with respect.
The Q&A sessions will be recorded and recordings will be made available to all participants within 24 hours of the live session. ***If you do not want your voice or image recorded, please turn you video off and/or mute your microphone. Please consider submitting questions by email hours in advance of the live session to have your questions addressed.
Participants who are unable to stay within these guidelines will be removed from the live class. They will still be able to access the Q&A sessions through the recordings.
